When my child started rowing, I did not know much about the sport or how to best support him. I couldn't find a lot of answers, so I asked tons of questions and did a lot of research. I soon realized I actually had enough information to fill a book! I wanted to share what I have learned as a parent with others who are just starting out to enjoy this great sport, the incredible rowing community, and to understand a bit more about their child's experience.
